This wheat bag heat / cool pack is simple yet effective. For anyone suffering from common muscular aches, menstrual pain, arthritis and many other ailments that can be helped with the aid of heat, or anyone who just wants to keep warm on a chilly night, then the wheat bags can be an excellent companion.

Each item is Handmade and filled with CE approved cleaned wheat.

You can add your favourite oils, just by adding a drip to the fabric, coloured oils will create stains.

Lavender is always a recommended option.

Please take care heating this wheat filled product and be careful not to burn the contents inside. If you smell a burnt smell, the heat pack is best thrown away and a new one purchased.

· Remove all packaging, tags and ensure the product is clean and dry before use.

· Use the maximum heating guide (below) to determine the correct heating times.

· Ensure all grilling / browning facilities are turned off and do not place near a direct heat source.

· At first the product will feel slightly damp, this is quite normal and will stop after a few uses.

· After a few uses we recommend placing a small cup of water in the microwave when heating.

600w - 750w RATING - 3 MINUTES LARGE / 1-2 MINUTES FOR SMALL

800w - 1000w RATING - 2.5 MINUTES LARGE / 1 MINUTE FOR SMALL

ALWAYS TEST TEMPERATURE BEFORE APPLYING TO AFFECTED AREA

FREEZE ( for as long as you wish )

( We recommend that you place in plastic bag before freezing )

Shake the contents of the bag regularly, to distribute the heat / cool and place on the affected area or just hug for comfort.
